Shipping
Unless stated, I try to post items within 1-3 working days after receiving the order. I do not guarantee Saturday or next day delivery, but I do try and post the order as soon as I receive it. I do not usually post outside Europe. If you want shipping to a country outside Europe, please contact me for a price. Where an item is marked up as being a special order item, then it may take longer to despatch your order. Certain items qualify for special low-cost shipping rates. If the instructions are not complied with then the order will not be accepted until the correct shipping is paid for.
Returns
If for whatever reason I have messed up your order, then please contact me as soon as possible. Returns will not be accepted unless they have an RMA assigned to them. Some items are non-returnable, these are identified on the product listing. All returns must be in their original packaging and suitably packaged for return.
With the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. If you choose to do this, then you MUST contact us via the Contact us form, or by letter to the registered address. Emails will not be accepted due to their tendency to be lost and blocked by spam filters and the like. You will be responsble for sending the goods back to us at your own cost, and you will receive a refund within 30 days. The only exception to this is goods for hygeine reasons. These are clearly marked on the website.
Faulty Goods
If this happens, then sorry! We cannot test every item we send out, but all custom made items are tested before despatch. If it has been received faulty, or not working, please double check your connections and then contact us. If a product you return as being faulty is returned to us and found to be fully working, then the cost of testing (£5) and shipping the item back to you will be made and the item will not be returned until this cost is paid. All items have a 12 months guarantee unless otherwise stated.
